常見問題
App 一直要求定位權限，一定要開嗎？不開會怎樣？
不一定要開。定位只是為了讓 App 自動判斷距離您最近的空氣品質監測站，省去手動選擇的步驟。
若您不想開啟定位，請直接在首頁搜尋框輸入縣市或行政區名稱，或於「全台地圖」中點選任一測站，即可取得完整的即時數值、逐日預報（資料源有提供時）、防護建議與通知功能。拒絕定位不會限制任何功能。
此外，本 App 只需要「概略位置（Approximate Location）」即可運作，您不需要授予「精確位置」。App 也不會在背景追蹤您的位置，關閉 App 後即不再取得任何位置資訊。座標僅用於當次查詢，不會儲存於我們的伺服器。完整說明請見隱私權政策第 5 節。
關閉方式：iOS 於「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 定位服務 → 好日子 Good Air Days」選擇「永不」；Android 於「設定 → 應用程式 → 好日子 Good Air Days → 權限 → 位置」選擇「不允許」。
資料多久更新一次？我看到的數字是幾點的？
台灣空氣品質監測站的官方數值為每小時更新一次，通常在整點後數分鐘內發布。本 App 會在您開啟頁面時取得最新一筆已發布的數值，並在畫面上顯示該筆資料的時間戳記。
因此您看到的數字，代表的是最近一個完整整點的測值，而非「此時此刻」的瞬間值。若您在 14:03 開啟 App，看到的通常是 14:00 或 13:00 的資料。
若畫面顯示「更新中…」超過 30 秒，請下拉重新整理；若仍無資料，多半是測站當下維護中或網路連線問題，請參考「離線怎麼辦」一題。
AQI 的數字怎麼看？什麼情況該戴口罩？
AQI（Air Quality Index，空氣品質指標）是把多種污染物濃度換算成單一數值的指標，數字越高代表空氣越差。分級如下：

| 51–100 | 普通 | 對一般人影響不大；極少數異常敏感者宜減少長時間劇烈運動。 |
| 101–150 | 對敏感族群不健康 | 兒童、長者、心肺疾病患者、孕婦應減少戶外劇烈活動，建議外出配戴口罩。 |
| 151–200 | 對所有族群不健康 | 所有人減少戶外活動；敏感族群應盡量待在室內並關閉門窗。 |
| 201–300 | 非常不健康 | 避免外出，必要外出時配戴 N95 等級口罩，室內開啟空氣清淨機。 |
| 301–500 | 危害 | 所有人應留在室內並緊閉門窗，避免任何戶外活動；必要外出時配戴 N95 等級口罩。 |
一般建議：AQI 超過 100 且您屬於敏感族群，或 AQI 超過 150 時，外出應配戴口罩。若主要污染物為 PM2.5，一般醫用口罩防護有限，建議使用 N95／KN95 等級。App 內「今天出門怎麼裝備？」會依當日主要污染物給出對應建議。
沒有網路的時候還能用嗎？離線怎麼辦？
空氣品質是即時資料，必須連網才能取得最新數值。在無網路的情況下：
- App 會顯示最後一次成功取得的資料，並在畫面上標示其時間戳記，請注意該數值可能已過時。
- 您的個人設定（警戒值、通知時間、常用地區）儲存於裝置本機，離線時仍完整保留。
- 認知功能分析功能可在離線狀態下完整使用，因為所有計算都在您的裝置上執行。
網路恢復後，下拉重新整理即可取得最新資料。若已連網但仍顯示舊資料，請完全關閉 App 後重新開啟。
我開了通知，但一直收不到，怎麼辦？
請依序檢查以下項目，多數問題出在前三項：
- 作業系統層級的通知權限：iOS「設定 → 通知 → 好日子 Good Air Days」需開啟「允許通知」；Android「設定 → 應用程式 → 好日子 Good Air Days → 通知」需開啟。
- 省電模式／背景重新整理：本服務使用本機通知，僅在網頁於瀏覽器中開啟時運作；關閉分頁後不會送出。
- 專注模式／勿擾模式：請確認目前的專注模式未封鎖本 App 的通知。
- App 內的警戒值設定過高：若您設定為 200，而該地區 AQI 從未超過 200，自然不會收到警示。可將警戒值調整為 100 或 150 測試。
- 每日日報的推送時間已過：日報依您設定的時間推送，設定當日若已過該時間，將自隔日開始生效。

認知功能分析準不準？結果可以當作診斷嗎？
不可以當作診斷。這是一個以研究文獻為基礎的衛教參考工具，不是醫療器材，也未經任何主管機關核准作為診斷用途。
它的題目設計依據 2024 年 Lancet 常設委員會報告所列的 14 項可改變因子，各因子比重由本服務自行設定，非該報告係數；博士研究之 WOA-XGBoost 模型尚未接入線上版本。這類研究描述的是族群層級的統計關聯，例如「教育年數較低的族群平均風險較高」，但無法預測任何特定個人是否會罹病。
因此，評估結果應該這樣理解：它幫助您看見哪些生活習慣是您可以改變的槓桿（運動、睡眠、社交、戒菸、控制血壓血糖、保護聽力），而不是給您一個命運判決。
若您對記憶力或認知功能有實際疑慮，請諮詢神經內科或家庭醫學科專科醫師，進行正式的臨床評估。此外，本工具之題目係依成年人流行病學研究架構選題，不適合未成年人使用。
我填的健康資料會被上傳嗎？你們看得到嗎？
不會上傳，我們也看不到。認知功能分析的所有輸入——年齡、教育程度、身高體重（選填）、吸菸飲酒、每週運動天數、社交頻率、目前健康狀況勾選——都只在您的裝置上計算。
這些資料不會傳送到互旋的伺服器、不會傳送給任何第三方、不會被我們的員工檢視、不會用於訓練任何模型，也不會提供給保險、醫療、廣告或研究機構。
您點選「重新評估」、關閉頁面或清除 App 資料時，這些輸入即永久消滅，我們沒有任何備份可以復原。這也是為什麼此功能可以在完全離線的狀態下使用。詳見隱私權政策第 6 節。
你們的空氣品質資料是哪裡來的？可靠嗎？
本 App 的數據全部來自政府官方來源：
- 行政院環境部空氣品質監測網：空氣品質測站數值。
- 交通部中央氣象署：天氣預報、紫外線、天氣特報、颱風、潮汐。
- 國家災害防救科技中心：淹水警戒（經濟部水利署）、土石流警戒（農業部水土保持署）。
- 行政院人事行政總處：停止上班上課資訊。
我們不自行產製任何測量數值，也不修改原始數據；App 所做的是把這些數字轉譯成一般人看得懂的建議。
請注意：資料傳輸與整合過程可能有數分鐘延遲，測站也可能因維護而暫停回報。涉及法規、健康或公務判斷時，請以行政院環境部官方公告數值為準。
我要怎麼刪除我的資料？帳號怎麼刪除？
本 App 不需要註冊帳號，因此沒有帳號需要刪除，我們也沒有保存任何與您身分連結的個人檔案。
存在於本 App 的資料只有兩類，都在您的裝置上，您可以隨時自行刪除：
- 健康評估輸入：於評估結果頁點選「重新評估」即清除；或清除 App 資料。
- App 偏好設定（警戒值、通知時間、常用地區）：iOS 於「設定 → 一般 → iPhone 儲存空間 → 好日子 Good Air Days」清除；Android 於「設定 → 應用程式 → 好日子 Good Air Days → 儲存空間 → 清除資料」；網頁版於瀏覽器清除該網站資料。
解除安裝 App 會一併刪除上述所有本機資料。本服務不產生任何推播識別碼，關閉通知權限即停止顯示通知。
若您曾寫信給我們，想刪除該往來紀錄，請寄信至 info@cospintech.com，主旨註明「刪除個人資料請求」，我們將於 15 日內回覆、至遲 30 日內完成並確認，不收取任何費用。
App 顯示的地區不是我在的地方，怎麼修正？
App 顯示的是距離您最近的監測站，而非您的實際門牌位置。台灣的測站分布不均，山區、離島與部分郊區的最近測站可能距離數公里以上，因此顯示的地名與您所在地不同屬正常現象。
若定位明顯偏差（例如在高雄卻顯示台北），通常是因為使用 Wi-Fi 定位而該基地台資料庫記錄有誤。請嘗試：
- 點選畫面上的「換地區 ↩」，手動選擇正確的縣市與行政區。手動選擇會覆蓋自動定位。
- 於系統設定中開啟「精確位置」後重新開啟 App。
- 關閉再開啟裝置的定位服務，讓系統重新取得定位。
手動選擇的地區會被記住，下次開啟 App 時直接沿用。

本服務全部功能免費開放，不收取任何費用，無付費方案、無訂閱、無 Pro 版本，亦不顯示任何廣告。

怎麼把 App 加到手機桌面？桌面小工具怎麼設定？
網頁版加入桌面：
- iOS（Safari）：點選網址列下方的「分享」按鈕 → 向下捲動選擇「加入主畫面」→ 確認名稱後點「新增」。
- Android（Chrome）：點選右上角「⋮」選單 → 選擇「加到主畫面」或「安裝應用程式」。
加入主畫面後，App 會以全螢幕模式開啟，體驗接近原生 App。桌面小工具（Widget）需原生 App 版本，目前尚未推出。

Frequently Asked Questions
Is location permission mandatory?
No. Location is used only to identify the nearest air quality monitoring station. You can search or select any city or district manually and use every feature of the app. 好日子 Good Air Days requires only approximate location, never uses background location, and does not store your coordinates on our servers.
How often is the data updated?
Official Taiwanese monitoring stations publish readings hourly. The app retrieves the most recent published reading and displays its timestamp. The figure shown reflects the last complete hour, not a real-time instantaneous measurement.
How do I read the AQI number?
0–50 Good; 51–100 Moderate; 101–150 Unhealthy for sensitive groups; 151–200 Unhealthy for all; 201+ Very unhealthy or hazardous. As a general rule, wear a mask outdoors when AQI exceeds 100 if you belong to a sensitive group, or when it exceeds 150 for anyone. If PM2.5 is the dominant pollutant, an N95/KN95 grade mask is recommended over a surgical mask.
Does the app work offline?
Live air quality data requires a network connection. Offline, the app shows the last successfully retrieved reading with its timestamp. Your saved preferences remain intact, and the health risk assessment works fully offline because it runs entirely on your device.
I enabled notifications but receive nothing.
Check, in order: OS-level notification permission for 好日子 Good Air Days; battery optimisation or Low Power Mode blocking background delivery; Focus / Do Not Disturb settings; whether your alert threshold is set too high to ever trigger; and whether the daily briefing time has already passed today. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and OS version.
How accurate is the cognitive function analysis?
It is an educational reference tool, not a diagnostic instrument, and is not an approved medical device. Question selection follows the 14 modifiable factors listed in the 2024 report of the Lancet standing Commission, together with local epidemiological research. The weighting of each factor is set by this service and is not an effect size from that report; it is used only for ordering and is not displayed as a numeric value. The feature presents no probability, no risk multiplier and no classification result. Please consult a specialist physician for any genuine concern. It is not suitable for minors.
Is my health data uploaded?
No. All health assessment inputs are computed on your device. They are never transmitted to CoSpin servers or any third party, never viewed by our staff, never used to train models, and never shared with insurers, healthcare providers, advertisers or researchers. Resetting the assessment or clearing app data erases them permanently; we hold no backup.
Where does the air quality data come from?
From the Taiwan Ministry of Environment Air Quality Monitoring Network (the statutory official source). Weather, alerts and other data come from the Central Weather Administration, the National Science and Technology Center for Disaster Reduction, and the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration. We produce no measurements of our own and do not alter source values. For regulatory, medical or official purposes, refer to the Ministry of Environment's published figures.
How do I delete my data?
好日子 Good Air Days requires no account registration, so there is no account to delete and we hold no profile linked to your identity. All app data resides on your device: reset the assessment in-app, or clear the app's storage in your device settings, or uninstall the app — any of these permanently deletes it. To have email correspondence deleted, write to info@cospintech.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request"; we will acknowledge within 15 days and complete it within 30 days, at no charge.
The app shows a location that isn't mine.
The app displays the nearest monitoring station, which in mountainous, offshore or suburban areas may be several kilometres away and carry a different place name. If the location is clearly wrong, tap "Change region" to select manually — manual selection overrides automatic detection and is remembered for next time.
Does the app cost anything?
Every feature of this service is free of charge. There is no paid plan, no subscription, no Pro version, and no advertising.
Live air quality lookup, the national map, the cognitive function analysis, the extended services (share cards, history report, air-purifying plant suggestions) and notifications are all free and require no account.
