互旋國際餐飲科技有限公司（英文名稱 CoSpin International Food Tech Co., Ltd，以下簡稱「本公司」）尊重並保護您的個人資料。本政策說明本公司於提供官方網站及所屬應用程式服務時，如何蒐集、處理、利用及保護您的個人資料，並依中華民國《個人資料保護法》第 8 條所定告知義務、Apple App Store Review Guidelines 第 5.1 節，以及 Google Play 使用者資料政策（User Data policy）之要求編寫。

01本政策適用範圍
本政策適用於下列由本公司提供之服務（以下合稱「本服務」）：
- 本公司官方網站：https://cospintech.com 及其所有子頁面。
- 「好日子 Good Air Days」應用程式：台灣空氣品質查詢與健康防護資訊服務，目前提供網頁版（Web App／PWA）；未來推出之 iOS 版及 Android 版適用同一政策。
本政策不適用於本服務所連結之第三方網站、應用程式或服務。當您透過本服務連結至第三方服務時，該第三方之隱私權政策將取代本政策而適用，本公司對其資料處理行為不負責任，建議您另行閱讀該第三方之隱私權政策。

本公司蒐集您的個人資料，係基於下列特定目的（括號內為法務部公告之「個人資料保護法之特定目的及個人資料之類別」代號）：
- 提供以位置為基礎的空氣品質資訊（代號 090 消費者、客戶管理與服務、136 資（通）訊與資料庫管理）：判斷距離您最近之空氣品質監測站，並顯示對應之即時 AQI 與逐日預報（視資料源提供狀況）。
- 提供空氣品質警示與健康防護建議（代號 069 契約、類似契約或其他法律關係事務）：依您設定之警戒值推播通知。
- 提供認知功能分析（衛教）工具：本功能完全於您的裝置本機執行，本公司不蒐集、不取得、不留存您所輸入之任何資料，故無對應之蒐集目的；列於此處僅為完整說明本服務之功能範圍。
- 客戶服務與技術支援（代號 090 消費者、客戶管理與服務）：回覆您透過電子郵件提出之問題與意見。
- 服務品質改善與異常排除（代號 136 資（通）訊與資料庫管理）：以彙總、去識別化之統計資料改善服務穩定性。
本公司不會將您的個人資料使用於上述目的以外之用途，亦不會在未取得您另行同意之情況下變更利用目的。

本公司不蒐集：您的姓名、身分證字號、電話號碼、實體地址、銀行或信用卡資訊、通訊錄、相簿、麥克風、相機內容、廣告識別碼（IDFA／GAID）、社群帳號，以及任何跨 App 或跨網站之瀏覽行為紀錄。
05地理位置資料（重點說明）
「好日子 Good Air Days」為以位置為核心的空氣品質服務，地理位置資料之處理方式如下，請您詳閱：
5.1 何時取得
本 App 僅於下列時機請求位置權限：您首次開啟「即時空氣」或「全台地圖」功能，或您主動點選「定位」按鈕時。系統將顯示原生權限對話框，您必須主動同意，App 才會取得位置。
5.2 取得的精確度與範圍
本 App 僅取得概略位置（Approximate／Coarse Location）即可運作，用以比對全台監測站中距離最近者。本 App 不使用背景位置（Background Location），不在您未開啟 App 時追蹤您的行蹤，亦不記錄您的移動軌跡或歷史停留地點。
5.3 是否上傳
您的座標不會儲存於本公司伺服器，亦不會與您的身分、裝置識別碼或任何其他資料相互連結。座標不會離開這台裝置，不會傳送給任何第三方。行政區名稱與最近測站都是在您的裝置上計算的。本公司無法從中還原任何特定使用者之位置歷程。
5.4 如何拒絕或關閉
- iOS（原生 App 推出後適用）：設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 定位服務 → 好日子 Good Air Days → 選擇「永不」；或於同頁關閉「精確位置」僅提供概略位置。
- Android（原生 App 推出後適用）：設定 → 應用程式 → 好日子 Good Air Days → 權限 → 位置 → 選擇「不允許」；或選擇「僅使用大致位置」。
- 網頁版：瀏覽器網址列鎖頭圖示 → 網站設定 → 位置 → 封鎖。
拒絕定位不會使 App 無法使用。您仍可以手動輸入或於清單中選擇任一縣市／行政區，取得完整的空氣品質資訊、逐日預報（視資料源提供狀況）、通知與健康建議。
06認知功能分析資料（本機處理）
本 App 之「認知功能分析」為健康促進與衛教工具，不進行疾病預測或診斷。該功能共 8 題，會請您填寫年齡、最高教育程度、身高體重（選填）、吸菸與飲酒習慣、每週運動天數、社交活動頻率，以及目前的健康狀況勾選（高血壓、糖尿病、血脂偏高、長期情緒低落、聽力變差、視力模糊未矯正、曾頭部受傷）。空氣污染因子由您所在地測站自動帶入，您不需填寫。
本功能不詢問生理性別、睡眠時數、家族病史，亦不進行認知狀態自評；先前版本曾規劃之上述題目已於改版時移除。
上述所有資料完全於您的裝置本機計算，不會傳送至本公司伺服器，不會傳送至任何第三方，不會被本公司員工檢視，亦不會被用於訓練任何模型或提供予保險、醫療、廣告或研究機構。
您關閉評估頁面、重新評估或清除瀏覽器／App 資料時，這些輸入即永久消滅，無法復原，本公司亦無備份。
本功能不輸出的內容：依產品定位，本功能不呈現任何疾病機率、相對風險倍數、分類結果或診斷標籤，亦不使用任何疾病名稱作為分析結果。畫面上僅呈現各因子之間的相對比重（以長條長短表示，不標示數值）、可改善因子所佔的比例，以及對應的衛教說明。
依據與限制：題目的選擇依據 2024 年 Lancet 常設委員會報告所列之 14 項可改變因子（Livingston G, Huntley J, Liu KY, et al. The Lancet. 2024;404(10452):572-628，doi:10.1016/S0140-6736(24)01296-0）。此處比照 App 內的引用方式省略原文標題，仍為可經 DOI 查證之完整引用。惟各因子之比重係本服務自行設定，並非該報告提供之效應量或係數，僅用於排序呈現，不得作為量化指標解讀。此一限制亦揭露於 App 內的「依據與方法」頁。
醫療免責聲明：本工具為健康促進與衛教用途，不構成醫療診斷、治療建議或醫師意見。如您對自身健康狀況有疑慮，請諮詢專科醫師。本公司不對您依本工具內容所為之任何決定負責。
此功能為選用功能。您可完全不使用本功能而正常使用本 App 之其他所有服務。
07通知與裝置權限
本服務使用「本機通知」（Local Notification），不使用遠端推播。本服務不透過 Apple Push Notification service（APNs）或 Firebase Cloud Messaging（FCM）傳送訊息，不會產生、不會取得、也不會上傳任何裝置推播識別碼（Push Token）。
通知內容完全在您的裝置上產生並顯示，本公司伺服器不參與、也無從得知您收到了哪些通知。可產生的通知類型如下：
- AQI 超過您設定警戒值之提醒
- 每日空氣日報（依您設定之時間）
- 空氣品質改善提醒
- 明日預報提醒
本機通知的限制：由於不使用遠端推播，通知僅在本服務於瀏覽器中開啟時運作，關閉分頁後不會送出。這是為了不產生推播識別碼所付出的代價，我們選擇據實告知，而非以遠端推播換取便利。
本公司不會使用通知傳送商業廣告或行銷訊息。您可隨時於「通知設定」關閉個別通知類型，或於瀏覽器／作業系統設定中完全關閉本服務之通知權限。

本 App 不請求相機、麥克風、通訊錄、行事曆、相簿、健康資料（HealthKit／Google Fit）、藍牙、簡訊或通話紀錄權限。
08第三方服務與資料來源
本服務使用下列第三方服務或公開資料源。本公司已盡合理努力篩選信譽良好之供應商，惟其資料處理行為適用其各自之隱私權政策：

本服務未嵌入第三方廣告聯播網、行為追蹤 SDK、社群外掛追蹤像素（如 Meta Pixel）或跨站分析工具。本服務之空氣品質數據來源為第三方，本公司已盡力確保其正確性，惟不對其即時性、完整性或準確性提供保證；正式法定數值請以行政院環境部公告為準。
09個人資料利用之期間、地區、對象及方式
依《個人資料保護法》第 8 條第 1 項第 3 款規定告知如下：

10資料保存期限與刪除
本公司採取「最小蒐集、最短保存」原則，各類資料之保存期限已列於第 4 節表格。逾保存期限之資料，本公司將以不可復原之方式刪除或去識別化處理。
您可自行刪除的資料
- App 內設定與健康評估輸入：於 App 內選擇「重新評估」，或於裝置設定中清除本 App 之儲存空間／網站資料，即可立即永久刪除。
- 移除 App：解除安裝本 App 將同時刪除所有存放於裝置本機之資料。
請求本公司刪除
若您曾以電子郵件與本公司聯繫，並希望本公司刪除該往來紀錄，請寄信至 info@cospintech.com，主旨註明「刪除個人資料請求」。本公司將於收件後 15 日內回覆，並至遲於 30 日內完成處理；必要時得延長 15 日並先行通知您。本公司不會因您行使刪除權而對您收費，亦不會因此拒絕提供本服務。
11當事人權利行使方式
依《個人資料保護法》第 3 條，您就本公司保有之您的個人資料，得行使下列權利，且此等權利不得預先拋棄或以特約限制之：
- 查詢或請求閱覽您的個人資料。
- 請求製給複製本。
- 請求補充或更正不正確之資料。
- 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用。
- 請求刪除。
請以電子郵件寄至 info@cospintech.com 提出，並敘明您欲行使之權利項目及必要之查驗資訊。本公司將依《個人資料保護法》第 13 條，於收件後 15 日內就查詢、閱覽或製給複製本之請求為回覆；就補充、更正、停止利用或刪除之請求，於30 日內處理完成。必要時得各延長 15 日，並先行通知您。依《個人資料保護法》第 14 條，本公司查覆時得酌收必要成本費用；目前本公司不收取任何費用。
若您認為本公司之處理未符合個人資料保護法令，除向本公司申訴外，您亦得向目的事業主管機關或個人資料保護主管機關提出申訴或檢舉。
12不提供個人資料之影響
您可自由選擇是否提供各項資料，其影響如下：

本公司不會以拒絕提供服務作為要求您提供非必要個人資料之手段。
13兒童及未成年人隱私
本服務之設計對象為一般大眾，非以兒童為主要訴求對象。本公司不會在明知的情況下蒐集未滿 13 歲兒童之個人資料，亦未針對兒童設計任何行為廣告或分析機制。
依《個人資料保護法》及《民法》相關規定，未滿 7 歲之未成年人使用本服務，應由其法定代理人代為同意；滿 7 歲以上之未成年人，應經其法定代理人之同意。
本 App 之「認知功能分析」功能係依成年人之流行病學研究架構設計，不適合未成年人使用，其結果對未成年人不具參考意義。若法定代理人發現未滿 13 歲之兒童在未經同意下向本公司提供了個人資料，請立即聯絡 info@cospintech.com，本公司將於查證後儘速刪除。
14資料安全措施
本公司採取下列技術與組織措施保護您的資料：
- 本服務全站採用 HTTPS／TLS 加密傳輸；App 與伺服器間之通訊亦全程加密。
- 採資料最小化設計：能於裝置本機完成之運算（如認知功能分析）一律不上傳伺服器，從源頭降低外洩風險。
- 對後端系統實施存取權限控管，僅授權必要人員於必要範圍內存取。
- 定期檢視第三方服務供應商之安全性與隱私條款。
惟網際網路傳輸與電子儲存無法保證絕對安全，本公司無法對資料安全提供百分之百之保證。若發生足以影響您權益之個人資料外洩事件，本公司將依《個人資料保護法》第 12 條規定，於查明後以電子郵件、App 內公告或網站公告等適當方式儘速通知您，並說明事件內容及本公司已採取之因應措施。
15追蹤、廣告與資料販售
為符合 Apple App Tracking Transparency（ATT）框架及 Google Play 資料安全（Data safety）揭露要求，本公司明確聲明：
- 本服務不進行跨 App 或跨網站之使用者追蹤，不使用 IDFA／GAID 廣告識別碼，因此不會向您顯示 ATT 追蹤許可請求。
- 本服務不顯示第三方廣告，不參與任何廣告聯播網。
- 本公司絕不出售、出租或以營利為目的分享您的個人資料予資料仲介、廣告商、保險業者或任何第三人。
- 本公司不使用您的資料建立行銷輪廓（profiling）或進行差別定價。
- 本服務不使用第三方分析 Cookie。網站僅使用維持基本運作所必要之技術性儲存（如記住您的地區偏好），不用於追蹤。
- 本服務全部功能免費開放，不收取任何費用，無付費方案、無訂閱、無 Pro 版本。
若前述任一聲明有所變更，本公司將先行修訂本政策並依第 16 節之方式通知您。
16政策變更與通知
本公司得因法令修正、業務調整或服務功能變更而修訂本政策。修訂時，本公司將更新本頁面之「生效日期」與「版本」欄位。
若修訂內容涉及蒐集資料類別之新增、利用目的之擴張，或其他重大不利於您之變更，本公司將於變更生效前，以 App 內顯著公告、推播通知或電子郵件等方式，至少提前 7 日通知您，並於必要時重新取得您的同意。您於變更生效後繼續使用本服務，視為同意修訂後之政策；若您不同意，請停止使用本服務並可請求刪除您的資料。

This Policy explains how we collect, process, use and safeguard your data when you use our services. It is drafted to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan), Apple App Store Review Guidelines Section 5.1, and the Google Play User Data policy.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to (a) our official website at https://cospintech.com and all its sub-pages, and (b) the Good Air Days (好日子) application — a Taiwan air quality information and health protection service, currently provided as a web app (PWA); should iOS and Android versions be released in future, this Policy will apply to them equally (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services linked from the Services. Please review their respective privacy policies separately.

- To deliver location-relevant air quality readings by identifying the nearest monitoring station.
- To send air quality alerts and health protection guidance you have opted into.
- To provide an on-device cognitive function analysis (health-education) tool.

- To maintain service stability and diagnose faults using aggregated, de-identified data.
We do not use your data for any purpose beyond those listed above without obtaining your separate consent.

We do NOT collect: your name, national ID, phone number, physical address, payment or banking information, contacts, photos, microphone or camera content, advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), social media accounts, or any cross-app or cross-site browsing history.
5. Location Data — Detailed Disclosure
When requested. This service requests location permission only when you first open the "Live Air" or "Map" feature, or when you tap the locate button. The operating system will present its native permission dialog; the app obtains location only if you grant it.
Precision and scope. This service operates on approximate (coarse) location only, used solely to match you to the nearest monitoring station in Taiwan. This service does not use background location, does not track you when the app is closed, and does not record your movement history or visited places.
Transmission. Your coordinates are not stored on CoSpin servers and are never linked to your identity, device identifier or any other data. Coordinates never leave this device and are not sent to any third party. The district name and the nearest station are both computed on your device. We cannot reconstruct any individual user's location history.
How to refuse or disable.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Good Air Days → "Never"; or turn off "Precise Location" to share approximate location only.
- Android: Settings → Apps → Good Air Days → Permissions → Location → "Don't allow"; or select "Approximate location only".
- Web: Click the padlock icon in the address bar → Site settings → Location → Block.
Declining location does not disable the app. You may manually enter or select any city or district and receive the full range of air quality data, daily outlooks (where the data source provides them), notifications and health guidance.
6. Cognitive Function Analysis Data — Processed On-Device
The "Cognitive Function Analysis" feature is a health-promotion and health-education tool. It does not predict or diagnose disease. It consists of 8 questions covering age, highest education level, height and weight (optional), smoking and drinking habits, weekly exercise days, social activity frequency, and a checklist of current health conditions (hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, persistent low mood, hearing difficulty, uncorrected blurred vision, previous head injury). The air-pollution factor is filled in automatically from your local monitoring station; you do not enter it. The feature does not ask for biological sex, sleep duration, family history, or cognitive self-assessment; those items were removed in a redesign.
All of this data is computed entirely on your device. It is never transmitted to CoSpin servers, never shared with any third party, never viewed by CoSpin personnel, and never used to train any model or supplied to insurers, healthcare providers, advertisers or research institutions.
When you close the assessment, restart it, or clear your browser/app data, these inputs are permanently erased. We hold no backup and cannot recover them.
What this feature does not output. By product design it presents no disease probability, no relative risk multiplier, no classification result and no diagnostic label, and uses no disease name as an analysis result. The screen shows only the relative weighting between factors (as bar length, with no numeric value displayed), the share attributable to modifiable factors, and the corresponding health-education notes.
Basis and limitation. Question selection follows the 14 modifiable factors listed in the 2024 report of the Lancet standing Commission (Livingston G, Huntley J, Liu KY, et al. The Lancet. 2024;404(10452):572-628, doi:10.1016/S0140-6736(24)01296-0). The report title is omitted here in the same manner as in the app; the citation remains fully verifiable via DOI. However, the weighting of each factor is set by this service and is not an effect size or coefficient provided by that report; it is used only for ordering and must not be read as a quantitative indicator. This limitation is also disclosed on the app's "Basis and Method" page.
Medical disclaimer. This tool is for health promotion and health education. It does not constitute a medical diagnosis, treatment recommendation or physician's opinion. Please consult a specialist physician regarding any health concerns.
This feature is entirely optional. All other app functions work normally without it.
7. Notifications and Device Permissions
This service uses local notifications only. It does not use remote push. It does not use Apple Push Notification service (APNs) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), and never generates, obtains or uploads any device push token.
Notifications are generated and displayed entirely on your device; our servers are not involved and cannot know which notifications you received. The types that can be generated are AQI threshold alerts, daily air quality briefings, air quality improvement notices and next-day forecast reminders.
Limitation of local notifications. Because no remote push is used, notifications only work while this service is open in your browser and will not be delivered after the tab is closed. This is the cost of not generating a push token; we state it plainly rather than trading it for convenience.
We never use notifications for advertising or marketing. You may disable any notification type in-app or revoke notification permission at the browser or OS level at any time.

This service does not request camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, photo library, health data (HealthKit / Google Fit), Bluetooth, SMS or call log permissions.

The Services contain no third-party ad networks, no behavioural tracking SDKs, no social tracking pixels and no cross-site analytics. Air quality data originates from third parties; while we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we provide no warranty as to its timeliness, completeness or precision. Official figures are those published by Taiwan's Ministry of Environment.
9. Retention Period, Territory, Recipients and Method of Use

10. Data Deletion
Self-service deletion. Tap "Reset assessment" in-app, or clear the app's storage / website data in your device settings, to permanently delete all locally stored settings and health assessment inputs. Disabling notifications or uninstalling the app deletes all local data.
Deletion request. If you have contacted us by email and wish that correspondence deleted, email info@cospintech.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will acknowledge within 15 days and complete the request within 30 days, free of charge, and will not restrict your access to the Services as a result.
11. Your Rights
Under Article 3 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, you may: (1) enquire about and request review of your data; (2) request a copy; (3) request correction or supplementation; (4) request that collection, processing or use cease; and (5) request deletion. These rights may not be waived in advance or limited by contract.
Send your request to info@cospintech.com, specifying the right you wish to exercise. In accordance with Article 13 of the Act, we will respond to requests for enquiry, review or a copy within 15 days, and complete requests for correction, supplementation, cessation of use or deletion within 30 days. Each period may be extended by a further 15 days with prior notice to you. No fee is currently charged. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese supervisory authority.

We never withhold service as a means of compelling you to provide non-essential personal data.
13. Children's Privacy
The Services are designed for a general audience and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and we operate no behavioural advertising or analytics targeting children.
The health assessment feature is based on an adult epidemiological framework and is not suitable for minors. If a parent or guardian believes a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact info@cospintech.com and we will delete it promptly upon verification.
14. Security
We use HTTPS/TLS encryption across all services, apply data minimisation by design (computations that can run on-device — such as the health assessment — are never uploaded), enforce access controls on backend systems, and periodically review the security posture of our third-party providers.
No internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a breach materially affecting your rights, we will notify you promptly by email, in-app notice or website announcement in accordance with Article 12 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, describing the incident and the measures taken.
15. Tracking, Advertising and Data Sale
- The Services perform no cross-app or cross-site tracking and use no IDFA/GAID advertising identifiers. Accordingly, no App Tracking Transparency prompt is presented.
- The Services display no third-party advertising.
- We never sell, rent or share your personal data for profit with data brokers, advertisers, insurers or any third party.
- We do not build marketing profiles or engage in differential pricing.
- We use no third-party analytics cookies. The website uses only technical storage strictly necessary for basic operation.
- Every feature of the Services is free of charge. There is no paid plan, no subscription and no Pro version.
Should any of the above change, we will amend this Policy and notify you as described in Section 16 before the change takes effect.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy in response to legal, business or product changes, and will update the Effective Date and Version above. Where a revision expands the categories of data collected or the purposes of use, or is otherwise materially adverse to you, we will give you at least 7 days' advance notice by in-app announcement, push notification or email before it takes effect, and will seek renewed consent where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, please discontinue use and you may request deletion of your data.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Kaohsiung District Court (臺灣高雄地方法院) shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arising from this Policy. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
